The Dott wall lamp is a round raffia lamp, and is perfect for lightening up an area that needs a cozy glow, or making a corner look more open. The lamp is at the same time decorative, and the raffia gives warmth to your decoration.

The Dott Stripes wall lamp is a decorative lamp in natural colors and materials. Due to the visibility of the bulb, a bulb with a warm glow and low lumen is recommended, e.g. a carbon wire bulb. The wall lamp can be used as decoration on the picture wall, in combination with several or other Dott Stripes wall lamps or over the bedside table in the bedroom, only the imagination sets limits.

Dott stripes are made of raffia, also called bast in Danish, which originates from Africa, where the bast / raffia has been used for baskets etc.

Care

Due to the weaving process of the raffia, small knots in the material are common and can appear. To keep your lamp beautiful for longer, we recommend using a LED bulb that doesn't give off as much heat.


We advise that our lamps are installed by a qualified electrician and in accordance with the customers country´s wiring and electrical regulation. Installations are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Terms & Conditions

The following terms of trade applies to the customer and Jore ApS when ordering via www.jorecopenhagen.com. By placing an order, the customer accepts the terms and conditions cited below. We advise the customer to always read our terms and conditions before placing an order.

Price and payments
All prices on www.jorecopenhagen.com are given in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% Danish moms. 

Payments can be made with the following credit cards: VISA, VISA Dankort, Mastercard, Eurocard, Maestro eller American Express. There will be no extra charges beyond the charges from the credit card agencies. 

Payments can also be done through MobilePay. 

Jore ApS webshop encrypts all information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which means that unauthorized parties can’t access your account number or other personal information during the transaction.



Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation shortly after placing your order. In the case that you don’t receive an order confirmation, please contact us via: www.jorecopenhagen.com.


Delivery
All orders are delivered with Postnord. The expected delivery time is 2-8 business days and the delivery process will start as soon as Jore ApS have confirmed the order and received payment from the customer.

You can choose to pick up your order in your nearest package shop. Note: The package must be picked up within 11 days.

Alternatively, your package can be delivered directly to your private address on weekdays. Note: If there is no one present at the address when Postnord arrives, we advise that you allow that the package is left outside or delivered to a neighbour if possible. If not, the package will be delivered to the nearest Postnord package shop where you can pick it up at your own convenience. 

Delivery costs are at least DKK 45.

Jore ApS can not be held accountable for delays, damages or other damageable consequences (Force Majeure) if this is due to delivery factors outside of Jore ApS’s reasonable control.

Returns
We gladly accept returns within 14 days after delivery. Please contact jr@jorecopenhagen.dk before sending back your products. In your email, please clearly state that you wish to exercise your right to return your products. 

Products should be returned to the following address: Jore ApS Jagtvej 87, 1. th. 2200 København N

Please note that the package must be shipped with direct distribution to the above address. Always send your package with “track and trace” delivery. Tracking will then be possible and you eliminate doubts about whether it was received by Jore ApS.

To qualify for a return, the product must be in a new-like condition and with no signs of usage. Jore ApS reserves the right to assess if the product has been used incorrectly. If the product is determined to be of a lower sales value than the price the customer paid, this disqualifies the customer’s right to a refund.

As soon as we have received your returned item and accepted the return we will transfer the refund to your account within 5-7 business days. 

All products bought on sale cannot be exchanged or returned as these sales are final. 

Please note that all return costs happen at the customer’s own expense.


Claims
As a customer you have the right to return items with production flaws. We accept product returns if they have been sold and delivered with visible flaws or defects. Defect items must be due to material- or production errors. If you’re experiencing flaws, please contact us for more help at jr@jorecopenhagen.dk. 

How to file a complaint: 

Did we not live up to your expectations? Please first contact Jore ApS and we’ll do everything we can to solve your problem: jr@jorecopenhagen.dk. 

A two-year complaint right is given in accordance with regulation on product sales. Our right to complain also applies to defects in materials and/or production. 

The complaint does not apply to defects caused by wrongful handling of the product or service. 

Jore ApS will cover the return costs up to a reasonable extent.
