Terms and condition
The following terms and conditions apply between the customer and Jore ApS when ordering via www.jorecopenhagen.com. By placing an order, the customer accepts the terms and conditions described below. Thus, the customer is always advised to read our terms and conditions before placing an order.
Price and payment
All prices on www.jorecopenhagen.com are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25 percent Danish VAT (VAT).
Payment can be made with the following credit cards: VISA, VISA Dankort, Mastercard, Eurocard, Maestro or American Express. There are no additional fees other than those charged by credit card providers.
Payment can also be made by MobilePay.
Jore ApS' webshop encrypts all information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which means that unauthorized persons will not be able to read your account number or other information during the transaction.
Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation shortly after placing your order. In the event that you do not receive an order confirmation, you are always welcome to contact us at: www.jorecopenhagen.com
Delivery
All orders are delivered by UPS, postnord or GLS. The expected delivery time is 2-8 working days, and the delivery process will begin as soon as Jore ApS has confirmed the order and received the customer's payment.
You can choose to either collect your order from your nearest parcel shop. Note: The package must be collected within 11 days.
Alternatively, your package can be delivered directly to your private address on weekdays. Note: If there is no one at the address when UPS, Postnord or GLS arrives, we recommend that you allow the package to be set outside or delivered to a neighbor if possible. Otherwise, the package is delivered to the nearest UPS, Postnord or GLS parcel store, where you must collect the package yourself.
Shipping costs are at least DKK 49. In Denmark, there is free shipping over DKK 1,000.
Jore ApS cannot be held responsible for delays and damages or other harmful consequences (Force Majeure) if this is due to delivery reasons beyond Jore ApS's 'reasonable control'.
Return
We gladly accept returns, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Contact jr@jorecopenhagen.dk before sending your products back. In the notice, you must clearly indicate to us that you wish to exercise your right of return.
Goods must be returned to the following address: Jore ApS, Hillerødgade 30A, 1 sal., 2200 Copenhagen N, Denmark.
Please note that the package must be sent with distribution directly to the above address. Always send your package back as "track and trace" delivery. Tracking will then be possible and waives any doubt that the package has been received by Jore ApS.
To be eligible for a return, the product must appear brand new with no signs of use. Jore ApS reserves the right to assess whether the product has been used incorrectly. If the product is assessed at a lower sales value than what the customer bought the product for, the customer's right to return does not apply.
As soon as we have received the returned goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your account within 5-7 business days.
All products purchased on sale cannot be exchanged or returned - these sales are final.
Please note that returns are at your own expense.
Claims
As a customer, you have the right to return items with a manufacturing defect. Goods are accepted if the goods are sold and delivered with defects shown. Defective items must be due to material or manufacturing defects. If you experience any deficiencies, please contact us for further assistance at jr@jorecopenhagen.dk
How to submit a complaint
Did we not meet your expectations? In that case, you must first contact Jore ApS, and we will do everything to solve your problem: jr@jorecopenhagen.dk
A two-year right of appeal is granted in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. Our right to complain applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damages caused by incorrect operation of the product / service.
Jore ApS covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

Levering
Alle ordrer leveres med UPS, postnord eller GLS. Den forventede leveringstid er 2-8 arbejdsdage, og leveringsprocessen vil blive indledt, så snart Jore ApS har bekræftet ordren og modtaget kundens betaling.
Du kan vælge at enten hente din ordre i din nærmeste pakkeforretning. Bemærk: Pakken skal afhentes inden for 11 dage.
Alternativt kan din pakke blive leveret direkte til din private adresse på hverdage. Bemærk: Hvis der ikke er nogen på adressen, når UPS, Postnord eller GLS ankommer, anbefaler vi, at du tillader, at pakken indstilles udenfor eller leveres til en nabo, hvis det er muligt. Ellers leveres pakken til den nærmeste UPS-, Postnord- eller GLS-pakkebutik, hvor du selv skal hente pakken.
Forsendelsesomkostninger er mindst 59 DKK i Danmark er der fri fragt over 1.000 kr.
Jore ApS kan ikke holdes ansvarlig for forsinkelser og skader eller andre skadelige konsekvenser (Force Majeure), hvis dette skyldes leveringsårsager uden for Jore ApS 'rimelige kontrol'.
Retur
Vi accepterer med glæde returneringer, men senest 14 dage fra datoen for modtagelsen. Kontakt jr@jorecopenhagen.dk, inden du sender dine produkter tilbage. I meddelelsen skal du tydeligt angive os, at du ønsker at udøve din ret til at vende tilbage.
Varer skal returneres til følgende adresse: Jore ApS Jagtvej 87, 1. th. 2200 København N
Bemærk, at pakken skal sendes med distribution direkte til ovenstående adresse. Send altid dit paknings retur som “track and trace” levering. Tracking vil derefter være mulig og fraskriver sig enhver tvivl om, at pakken er blevet modtaget af Jore ApS.
For at være berettiget til retur skal produktet fremstå som helt nyt uden tegn på brug. Jore ApS forbeholder sig retten til at vurdere, om produktet er blevet anvendt ukorrekt. Hvis produktet er vurderet til en lavere salgsværdi end hvad kunden købte produktet til, gælder ikke kundens ret til afkast.
Så snart vi har modtaget de returnerede varer og accepteret returneringen, overfører vi beløbet til din konto inden for 5-7 hverdage.
Alle produkter, der er købt på salg, kan ikke udveksles eller returneres - disse salg er endelige.
Bemærk, at returnering sker for din egen regning.
Claims
Som kunde har du ret til at returnere genstande med en fremstillingsfejl. Varer accepteres, hvis varerne sælges og leveres med mangler, der vises. En to-årig klagerettighed tildeles i henhold til lov om salg af varer. Vores ret til klage gælder for mangler i materiale og / eller fremstilling.
Klagen gælder ikke for fejl eller skader forårsaget af forkert betjening af produktet / tjenesten.
Jore ApS dækker returomkostninger i rimeligt omfang.
